NO SHIRESTONE REGRETS

Hello fellow Shirestonians.
Great Blog. Its so nice to hear the good news about Shirestone. We are in our 3rd year of Dealership. We were so excited when we began our Shirestone experience. The possibilitys seems endless and we were sooo right. Our excitement for the product has only grown with our experience. This week we sold two new kitchens to repeat customers. We had installed their Shirestone counters 1 year and 2 years ago. Now they have purchased new homes and wanted the same great product and service. Only difference, now they want it thru the whole house. We have about a 50% repeat business record. No matter how small we take great care to make sure they know we appreciate the business.
Getting ready for the next home show later this month. Cant wait to show off new things we have created since the fall show.
Our customers love Shirestone. We hear the word LOVE many times after we complete a job.
We have developed a great relationship with many of our customers and they will defend Shirestone until they see that great Shirestone alter above.
We have NEVER had an unhappy customer. We have NEVER had the product fail.
The owners and corporate employees have been nothing short of total support. We called Matt in a panic during sealing of our first real job. It did not seem to be drying at all. Matt calmly and professionally walked us thru it. We were working in an unheated house and it was just taking longer to dry because of the cold. We turned up the heat and all was good. We feel so grateful to have the opportunity to work with such great people who genuinely want us to grow and succeed with them. I feel sorry for those who feel the need to elevate themselves by spreading lies and misinformation. Anyone who checks out public records of those making false accusation will see they have a history of failure.
